Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your crystals and jewelry in their original velvet pouch and branded box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
